Toolmaking

 

We provide all Tooling requirements - Our Toolmakers are capable of producing injection moulds to the highest standards.

Machining techniques using computer controlled technology are used to solve any requirements.

We have full CAD CAM injection mould tool design facilities which can integrate with our Customer's systems using Parasolid, STEP, IGES and DXF software.

Injection Moulding

 

The Company is expert at producing high quality plastic mouldings. We are an approved moulder of many international companies and hold ISO9001: 2015 accreditation. Our injection moulding plant is capable of using any thermoplastic material and where possible, we provide fully automatic Tooling to facilitate good quality and low cost.

Assembly & Finishing

​

We provide facilities for assembly using Fasteners, Adhesives, Ultrasonic Welding and Heat Staking. Together with a complete packaging service for specialised product. We also provide facilities for finishing including Hot Foil Printing, Pad Printing, Silk screen printing, Spraying, RFI Shielding and Machining
