Metal Inserts

The installation of inserts after injection moulding, eliminates the risk of 'moulding in'

Ultrasonic Welding

Ultrasonic welding has proved an excellent alternative to using adhesives, heat staking or use of fasteners.

We can advise on special design of components to facilitate use of the ultrasonic welding technique.

Metal inserts can also be ultrasonically inserted into the plastic component.

We can provide special tooling required for ultrasonic welding, however, on some applications, standard Tooling may also be used.
