D & E Plastics Ltd have been established in Buckinghamshire and involved in the injection moulding industry for over 30 years. Today we provide customers with a modern, cost effective, production facility for the manufacture of plastic injection mould tools, and the production and assembly of plastic components. Our injection moulding process control procedures correspond to BSEN ISO 9001:2015.

Using CAD/CAM product design and development, specialised toolmaking can be undertaken in house by our experienced team of engineers. Customer information can be supplied in most formats including Parasolid, STEP, IGES or DXF.

 

Our toolmakers are fully experienced and capable of producing injection moulding tools to the highest standards.

We offer injection moulding facilities up to 150 tonnes on modern CNC moulding machines together with post moulding assembly and finishing for plastic components, including ultrasonic welding and staking, heat inserting, hot staking, pad printing, silk screening, hot foiling, over-spraying, plastic fabrication and plastic machining.

Our International customers range throughout the industry, including Electronics, Medical, Automotive and many others. Our manufacturing processes for plastic injection moulding and toolmaking are of a very high standard and we do regular business on a worldwide basis.
